Mail preparation can be as simple as putting a label and a stamp on the piece. But it can be as complex as printing a mail merged letter with multiple dynamic fields, addressing an envelope and matching the name on the letter to the envelope and then inserting two additional pages and a business card into the envelope and hand affixing decorative first class stamps.
Preparation and processing the mailing piece can include the following: Direct Print Addressing, Label Affixing, Folding, Collating, Tabbing, Inserting, Sealing, Sorting, Metering, and Printing Mail Merge Letters.
Local Pickup and delivery to the post office are also part of our service.
